From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and genuine respect for my ’72 BMW. I told Derrick she’s a delicate car, and he handled her with the care and precision of a true craftsman. The attention to detail and knowledge of vintage vehicles were impressive. Thanks to Derrick and his crew, my classic is back on the road and running like a dream. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service at five star auto repair truly was five stars. From the customer service aspect every member of the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable through every interaction. In regard to actual repairs and maintenance, they thoroughly diagnosed any and every issue rather than throw parts at it like a lot of shops tend to do. Additionally, Derrick has an in-depth knowledge and experience of European cars and I have great trust in his team’s abilities. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and will continue to work with them as needed.

Nancy at the front desk was friendly and a lifesaver. My 2010 Acura TSX needed a new alternator, and I had no funds for the repair. She listened to the situation and, without judgment, presented a financing option with SNAP that was 100 days no-interest. The necessary repair was completed, handled efficiently and professionally.
